// our method

Narrative in. Measured deals out.

An agency gives one client a team of humans. Fieldwork gives every client the same process — run by AI wherever a machine does it better, and by a person wherever a machine is not allowed to.

From the founder of WebMakers

01

Define the narrative

The brief comes first: what you sell, who it is for, and the outcome you pay for — signups, installs, deposits or revenue. Everything downstream is judged against that number, not against impressions.

AI · AI reads your product and site to draft the brief, talking points and angles. You edit before anything moves.

02

Source and vet

Every creator is scored on four weighted signals — audience technical density, engagement quality, content credibility and conversion track record — then matched against your brief rather than ranked by follower count.

AI · AI scores each candidate against your specific brief and returns its reasoning per creator, so a match you disagree with can be argued with.

03

Choose the distribution mix

Three independent decisions: what gets made, who carries it, and why it exists. A clip published by the creator who filmed it, by a clipper, or by a theme page is the same asset with entirely different economics and trust.

AI · The roster is fitted to your budget by projected conversions per dollar — not by score, because the highest scorers are frequently the worst value.

04

Draft and negotiate

Peer-to-peer outreach in the creator’s own register, then a negotiation that never exceeds what the economics can defend. The ceiling derives from your target CPA, so a deal that cannot pay for itself is never offered.

AI · AI drafts every message and runs the negotiation inside a hard budget cap. You approve before anything sends.

05

Distribute

Publishing is coordinated so creators concentrate attention instead of competing with each other, and so a launch window reads as a moment rather than as scattered posts.

AI · Scheduling and the approval queue are automated. Sending on X and Telegram is human-pressed — both platforms forbid unattended cold DMs.

06

Measure and reallocate

Every deal ships with tracking links, so you see true cost per acquisition and return per creator instead of a screenshot of impressions. Underperformers get replaced; budget follows what converts.

AI · Attribution and per-deal reporting are automatic. Payout releases on verified delivery, over Stripe or USDC.

// the distribution mix

Three decisions, not one menu.

Most agency service lists fold these together, which is why the same deliverable ends up with one price no matter who publishes it. We keep them apart so a campaign can be costed honestly.

// how we classify creators

Size and role are different questions.

A technical creator can be nano or macro. Collapsing the two into one scale is how rosters end up full of reach that never converts.

Tier — reach

Macro
Broad reach for visibility and rapid awareness
Mid-tier
Meaningful reach with intact engagement
Micro
Niche specialist, strong audience alignment
Nano
Smallest reach, highest trust and tightest community

Archetype — role

Nano / Micro
Smaller following, high trust and tight-knit engagement
Macro
Large reach for broad visibility and rapid awareness
Technical Creator
Developers and researchers explaining code and protocol mechanics
Community Leader
Long-term retention, governance and ecosystem health

// what the ai does not do

The limits, stated up front.

It does not send without you

Every message is drafted by AI and released by a person. X and Telegram forbid unattended cold DMs outright — anyone claiming to automate those is describing something that silently never delivers.

It does not invent proof

Where a figure is an editorial estimate rather than a measurement, it is labelled as one. Unverified creator metrics are marked, not smoothed over.

It does not promise outcomes

Projections come as a conservative, realistic and strong range, never a single flattering number. If the realistic case misses your target CPA, the proposal says so before it is sent.

Run a campaign that’s actually measured.
